My new friend Mallory and I were paired up through the Pink Swap that Kappa Prep sponsored! I had such a fun time getting to know Mallory--and trying to pick out things I thought she would like! She should be getting her package any day now and I can't wait to see what she thinks! :)
I received my package in the mail on Valentine's Day! It was such an exciting surprise to show up at my door! :) Mallory gave me so many wonderful goodies and I can't wait to share them all with you! Here's a picture of my goodies when I first opened the box!
And here's the second layer of fun things!
So, let me tell you about some of the fun things I got in the Pink Swap! There were two really fun books in it--both of which I love! The first book is A Touch of Grace: How to be a Princess, the Grace Kelly Way! Too cute! I also love the cookbook that was included--it's all about making macaroons which I can eat (even though I'm gluten-free!). I was SO excited to get this because I had no idea I could eat macaroons. You better believe I am going to be making some of these fun recipes--they even have some in the back for special holidays like Valentine's Day, Christmas, etc. I cannot tell you how much I am looking forward to making them! :)
In my Pink Swap package there were also cute pink pencils, a pink travel coffee mug (perfect for me!!), a pink notepad, and little pink memo pads! These have already been put to use for wedding reminders in my planner! The pink socks have been keeping my feet warm today--and I love that they are argyle--that's one of my favorite patterns! Last but definitely not least there was a box of chocolates and a hot pink clipboard. The clipboard is perfect for writing thank you notes while watching tv!
**Full disclosure--there were also some Reese Hearst and Tootsie Rolls. However, I ate a bunch of them while I was taking pictures--I had to keep up my strength! haha**
Thank you so much Mallory for the wonderful gifts! I can't wait for you to get yours and I hope you enjoy them!! :)
What a cool swap! Awesome gifts you got, too. I wish I had known about it...please let me know if she has another one. :)
